Send it over

Four questions, then we take over

We do not ask for a budget on a web form. Budget is a conversation that happens once we know what the job involves, and a number typed into a box before anyone has looked at the house is not useful to either of us.

The number you actually answer.

Only if you would rather have the estimate and scope in writing first.

The trade, the town, and roughly what you are dealing with. Age of the house and whether you have drawings both help.

Leave it unticked and we will call or email instead. It makes no difference to your estimate.

Sent straight to us.

We use your details to price and run your project. We do not sell them, and we do not hand your number to other contractors. Privacy

After you hit send

What happens next

  1. 01

    You talk to a person

Not a call center and not a lead broker who sells your number to four contractors. What you send comes straight to us.

  2. 02

    We ask the boring questions

Age of the house, what is behind the wall, whether there are drawings, what has already been done to it. This is where the surprises get found, before they cost anyone money.

  3. 03

    We walk the property

Most jobs need eyes on them. We look at the whole picture. A roof that needs replacing usually has soffit and gutter work attached to it.

  4. 04

    You get a written scope

Specific products, specific work, one number, and what is excluded. Nothing gets ordered off a guess.

One call covers the whole job

A kitchen is cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, electrical and plumbing. An addition adds excavation, foundation, framing, roofing, siding, windows and insulation on top of that. Hired separately, that is six or seven companies with six or seven schedules, and the gaps between them are where projects stall.

We run all of it under one contract. You get one number to call, one schedule, and one company answering for the finished result, including the parts of it that other trades would point at each other over.

If you are not sure which trade your project even falls under, describe it in the form. Sorting that out is our job.
