Who we are
One company for the whole project
Nova Building Co is a family-run design-build and general contracting company based in Dover, New Hampshire. We build new homes, put on additions and renovate whole houses across the Seacoast and southern Maine, with the roofing, siding, cabinetry, flooring, tile and countertop work carried on the same contract.
Two divisions run their own sites: Nova Roofing & Siding for exterior work and Nova Kitchens & Designs for cabinetry and kitchen design. Same company either way; the specialist sites carry the product depth.

Walk the property
Pricing construction takes a site visit, so we start there. We look at the whole house, not just the trade you called about.

Put the scope in writing
You get a written scope that names specific products, specific work, one number and what is excluded. Nothing gets ordered off a guess.

Run the job under one contract
One schedule, one place to call, one company answering for the finished result. Hidden conditions get photographed, explained and priced in writing before the work happens.
The showroom
Selections happen off real material
We keep a showroom in Dover where cabinet doors, countertops, tile and flooring sit side by side in daylight. Selections get made there, off the real material, before anything is ordered.
